Discount Sales

Our return & exchange policy shall not be applicable for any discount sales product(s). Any discount item once purchased cannot be exchanged or returned. No return or exchange is applicable for purchases made during the campaign period.

Cancellation Policy

Once an order is placed, it cannot be canceled under any circumstances. We strongly encourage you to verify your order details carefully before confirming. If you are dissatisfied with your order upon delivery, refunds or exchanges may not be accommodated.

However, in cases where your order cannot be processed, procured, or shipped due to unforeseen circumstances beyond our control, the order will be canceled, and the total amount will be refunded to you.

Product Return & Replacement Policy

We recommend that customers inspect their order immediately upon delivery. Please ensure that the original packaging is intact when receiving the product.

• Wrong Product Received: If you receive a product different from what you ordered, please contact us immediately. Our team will inspect the issue and arrange for the delivery of the correct item.
• Defective or Damaged Products: If the product is ripped or defective, please refuse the package at delivery and inform us immediately.

Note: If the requested product is unavailable, we will replace it with an item of your choice at no extra cost. Replacement requests must be raised within 24 hours of receiving the product.
